Direct Experience … with Dinosaurs!
“On 2nd and 3rd November, P1 Forms visited the Bernardino Rivadavia Natural Sciences Museum located in Caballito. During the last weeks, we have been working hard on the last Project of the year: “Dinosaurs”. To our surprise, we learnt that many dinosaurs were found in Argentina and that the biggest dinosaur ever found was the ARGENTINOSAURUS. Wow!!! ‘It was as tall as a building!’ Also, that the T-Rex had feathers. ‘They didn’t have feathers in the Jurassic Park movie!’ Besides, there were many huge flying reptiles (…)”

This child centered project has been so successful ! The children have learnt a lot about dinosaurs and the visit to the Museum was an amazing event to be able to see “Evidence ” to acount for the Dinosaurs´ existence. Last but not least , the children can describe any dinosaur using the appropriate vocabulary and language structures. Well done!
