Leadership course

“At the beginning of the year, when Mr. Page told us that ESSARP was organizing a Leadership course for Head Boys and Head Girls, we accepted without really knowing what was awaiting us. The retreat lasted three days and we shared the experience with Head Boys and Head Girls from 16 other schools in the association! During these days, we carried out several interactive activities and participated in talks through which we got to know the real meaning of the word LEADER.  At the same time, we made new friends and were able to see and learn about the way they carry out their role at different schools. It was most useful to discuss the attributes of a true leader; things we should work on to improve our performance as Head Boy & Girl at BDS, but also to inspire others.  We hope this will not end here, but that more courses like this one will be organized year after year. It was an unforgettable experience we highly recommend!”
